M. L'Écuyer

Philippe L’Écuyer has been immersed in the field of construction since his early age and has now been a carpenter-joiner since 2005. From 2008 to 2012, he was living in Alberta where he built residential projects, totalling 50 houses. Since his return to Québec, he has been pursuing real estate development and has now completed more than 50 units. In 2013, he joined forces with John Redmond, with whom he shared the same entrepreneurial vision.

M. Redmond

With a Bachelor of Construction Engineering from ÉTS, John Redmond first worked as a project manager in the construction department at Gaz Métro. He then worked for 6 years at Broccolini Construction, where he managed multi-million-dollar construction projects. Engineer and PA LEED certified, he is now Chief Operating Officer at L’Écuyer Redmond Construction.

Best Buy Rosemère: improvements. Project value – $800,000
Future Shop Rimouski: improvements. Project value – $750,000
Schlüter Systems Canada head office: 3 floor building with an underground garage. 60,000 sq. ft. with a 30,000 sq. ft. warehouse. Project value - $9 million.
Tergel : enlargement of a 17,000 sq. ft. industrial building. Project value - $2 million.
Danesco : enlargement of a 30,000 sq. ft. warehouse complete with mezzanine and office space. Project value - $2 million.
L’Avantage Suites : 12 floor condo building. 82 units and a 2 floor underground parking. Project value - $18 million

THE HISTORY

L'écuyer - Redmond Construction is the result of the partnership of two construction experts. Between 2005 and 2012, Philippe L'Écuyer completed more than 100 residential units on behalf of his company, LB Construction. John Redmond has also carried out several major projects at the helm of his own company. In 2013, the two companies united to found L'Écuyer - Redmond Construction. Since then, the company has built many construction projects whose quality contributes to its growing reputation.
